One person in two suffers from a mental health problem at some point in their lives. And waiting lists are a mile long—for people struggling with suicide, experiencing a break-up, having serious difficulties at school, at work or at home. Your support is helping them overcome life’s challenges.
As an organization, we need to diversify our ways of doing things and get off the beaten track. At the Foundation, we believe in innovative approaches, like Horizon 4 Saisons. A therapeutic initiative that has proven itself on the ground. We aspire to building a future where mental health is a clear priority.
An innovative therapeutic intervention program that gives teens an adventure in nature.
Horizon came into our lives at a very discouraging time. For us, it was the most amazing gift. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Caring for the visible to help heal the invisible. Improving the living environment within the Denis-Doyon Mental Health Pavilion will have a direct impact on patient recovery and length of stay.
Martin Tétreault, Director of Mental Health Programs
One in five people will need mental health services at some point in their lives. This reality is closer to us than we think — it affects our parents, our siblings, our children, our friends, our colleagues.
The Fondation Hôpital Charles-LeMoyne has committed to raising $1.5 million to improve the well-being of psychiatric patients and the staff who care for them.
By making a donation, you will improve the well-being of both patients and staff at the Denis-Doyon Mental Health Pavilion — the second largest mental health inpatient center after the Douglas Institute, and the largest psychiatric unit within a general hospital in Quebec.
