Since we are an organization that raises funds for the health and social services sector, we collect and use information on a daily basis for the purposes of providing our services, for example, but not limited to, soliciting contributions in various forms, and participating in events, draws or lotteries. The confidentiality of this information is important to us. We do not, under any circumstances, sell information pertaining to you, or disclose it to third parties, unless required to do so by law. We use all information, especially personal information, in accordance with the highest ethical standards.

The Fondation Hôpital Charles-LeMoyne may keep personal information for a longer period, up to a maximum of 20 years, to provide follow-up and information on the completion and impact of long-term projects and to give the recognition that is due following a contribution received. No solicitation is carried out after seven years following the end of the relationship between the Fondation Hôpital Charles-LeMoyne and the person in question by means of personal information.
