At the new pediatric day centre, located on the ground floor of the Hospital, children receive care differently. In a space designed for them. intimate. warm. Designed to reassure both children and their parents.
Children often arrive after a visit to the emergency room, a Hospital stay, or a referral from their physician. The teams take over to provide the necessary care, without prolonging the stay at the Hospital.
Every day, they come in for treatment… then return home. Back to their families, their rooms, their familiar surroundings.
In moments when worry takes over, this proximity changes everything. It lightens the daily load, reduces anxiety, and gives families room to breathe.
The quality of care remains the same. But the experience is gentle, human, without hospitalization.

A space designed for children
The pediatric day centre allows children to receive treatment, assessments, and support during the day, without hospitalization. They come for care, follow-ups, or procedures… and go home in the evening. In a space designed at their scale — colorful, reassuring — everything is created to reduce stress and support well-being.
Each year, nearly 4,500 children can be cared for here, in Montérégie, closer to their families, in a gentle and human environment.
