I am here to care for my patients. Right now we’re dealing with extraordinary limitations on the health system. Staff shortages. Fewer beds. Less surgery time. Everywhere, waiting lists are growing longer.
That’s why, today, I’m asking you to help! We need specialized equipment more than ever. Can you help us buy a neuronavigation device, used for sinus surgery? Why? To reduce surgery times, hospitalizations and risks. We could operate on more patients in a day!
The greatest risk of proceeding without a neuronavigator? Incomplete surgeries. The other day, I was performing surgery on a patient named Lise for a tumour. She has unusual sinus anatomy. It took three surgeries to completely remove the tumour.
Your gift today will help us give our patients the right care at the right time at their local hospital. Thanks to your generosity, we’ll be the only hospital in the Montérégie to have this equipment. We won’t have to refer our patients elsewhere.
Right now, I’m seeing many patients who haven’t consulted in a long time. They have more advanced, more serious, more aggressive diseases, sinus infections, tumours. This requires more complex surgeries like for Lise. They need help and they’re waiting!
We need more advanced equipment. Unfortunately, this equipment is very expensive. That’s why I’m turning to you.
