The Philanthropists’ Wine Cellar 2025, presented by Desjardins, concluded with emotion, elegance and extraordinary generosity. Thanks to YOU, this year’s edition raised $260,000 to transform the care spaces of the Psychiatry Department at Hôpital Charles-Le Moyne, spaces that will soon become calming, brighter and more human for patients cared for every day.
And with more than 160 exceptional bottles offered in the auction, this edition will be remembered as one of the most inspiring yet.
A Paulée shaped by the invisible… and by what truly matters.
This year’s closing evening began with a unique experience: an intimate and powerful sound immersion bringing guests directly into the lived experience of a patient.
For a few suspended minutes, guests stepped into the invisible — into what cannot be seen, but is deeply felt: distress, confusion, and the search for light. Relive the immersive experience (in french only).
A moving moment that reminded everyone why mental health deserves our full attention… and our compassion.
Then, guests discovered a bright, refined and understated dining room — a deliberate contrast to illustrate what a philanthropic community can make possible:

Guided by the refined cuisine of chef Jean-Sébastien Giguère (h3) and by the insights of sommelier Élyse Lambert, guests shared their grand crus, their stories and a shared commitment: offering support for mental health care.
