This new terrace, filled with flowers and furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, includes a pergola, a dining area, and even a swing. It was thoughtfully designed to allow patients and their loved ones to find respite and comfort in a serene setting.

This beautiful initiative, led by Dr. Véronique Genot and the palliative care team, is a testament to the Foundation’s and its partners’ commitment to being there for patients every step of the way. Every year, nearly 200 people are welcomed at the Champlain Palliative Care Centre, affiliated to the Hospital. Thanks to your donations, you have enhanced the quality of life for both patients and their families during these unique moments.
