Up to midnight on December 31, Desjardins will match each donation, up to $50,000
During the Holidays, Fondation Hôpital Charles-LeMoyne is pursuing its mobilization campaign to create Hôpital Charles-Le Moyne’s first pediatric day centre. As part of this campaign, Desjardins has committed to doubling each donation received by December 31, up to $50,000. This means every donation will have double the impact for little patients and their families.
Thanks to the generosity of donors since last spring, the project has already taken a decisive step forward and has reached half its goal of $500,000. As the year quickly draws to a close, the community is invited to take this unique opportunity to speed up completion of this project.

Today, some children who need tests, intravenous treatments, or complex medical follow-up are hospitalized for several days—even though it’s not always necessary.
The pediatric day centre will make it possible for these children to receive all of the care required during the day, so that they can go home to the comfort of their own beds at night.
This day centre will transform the care experience in pediatrics. We’ll be able to keep children in the heart of their families while offering comprehensive hospital care, in a more humane, reassuring setting, better adapted to their reality.
Designed to be a bright, warm space, on a child-friendly scale, the day centre seeks to reduce the stress related to hospitalization, support families, and encourage the well-being of our young patients throughout outheir care journey.
