Little Philanthropists’ Club

Because generosity starts early. Young people of all ages can organize their own fundraising activity—whether it’s a bake sale, a sports challenge or a small gesture of solidarity, every initiative counts. By getting involved today, they’re helping to build a community that’s stronger and that stands together—for tomorrow.

Imagine children, of all ages, putting their heart and soul into helping others. That’s the Little Philanthropists’ Club/Young Philanthropists’ Club! A space where your children can engage with their community, raise funds and support patients at Hôpital Charles-Le Moyne.

Through simple initiatives, every child will discover the joy of giving. Small gestures that makes a big difference. From selling cookies to a charity race, every initiative brings our community closer to a better future.

Here are a few initiatives accomplished by our little philanthropists:

gratitude on stones

École primaire Charles-Le Moyne – Grade 1

With their little hands covered in colours, the students painted many gratitude stones to say a big thank you to those who care for others. These treasures were handed over by the Messengers of Love during the Share Love initiative.

Collecting cans and bottles

Two young philanthropists are collecting cans and bottles in their neighborhood and local grocery stores. Their mission? To help the patients of Hôpital Charles-Le Moyne, one container at a time!

Small treats for a big cause

Shaya Minavi

In April, Shaya Minavi, a student at École Lucille-Teasdale, sold sweet treats and local crafts—made by the students at her school—in support oncology care. A sweet and kind initiative organized by a girl with a big heart!

With their sweet tooths and big hearts, these young philanthropists are selling KandJu candies to raise money in support of patients at the Hospital. A sweet initiative to add a little magic during the Holidays!

Trick or treat!

These two young philanthropists had the wonderful idea of sharing the magic of Halloween with children in Hospital. Thanks to the generosity of Maxi Cousineau, they prepared 60 candy-filled surprise bags to brighten up the day of young patients in pediatrics and adolescent psychiatry. A simple, love-filled gesture! 🍬💖

Smiley Distribution

On World Smile Day, our little philanthropists brightened the day for IGA customers by distributing 500 smiley stickers, sharing moments of happiness all around!

Greenfield Park Primary International School

Together, students from Grade 1 to 6 created magnificent bracelets to thank Hospital staff. A touching project, created with heart: drawings, beads, kind words … all done by hand to express their thanks.

They may be little, but their appreciation is huge! These children made beautiful buttons for the Hospital’s employees. They were handed over with a big smile—to express thanks to those who care for others, day after day.
