💻 Make your donation online: The fastest and safest way is to make a donation on our website by credit card or bank transfer. This guarantees that your donation is received immediately, and that you will receive your tax receipt by email right away.
🏥 Make your donation in person: If you prefer, you can visit our office, located in the entrance hall of Hôpital Charles-Le Moyne, at 3120 Taschereau Boulevard, Greenfield Park. Our team will be delighted to receive you, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
📞 Make your donation by phone: You can also make a donation directly by phone by calling us at 450-466-5487. Our team will be happy to help you process your donation immediately.

Most tax receipts are sent by email. If we don’t have your email address, contact us at fondation@fhclm.ca to update your information.
If you prefer to receive your receipt by mail, please note there may be a delay. We will send it as soon as Canada Post services resume.
