At 14, she had learned to smile even when everything hurt. Meals became a source of anxiety. Spending time with friends felt overwhelming. In her eyes, her mother could see that something was breaking\u2026<\/p>\n<p>At home, conversations often fell silent. Week after week, L\u00e9a learned to understand her emotions. To reconnect with her body. To make peace with herself. For the first time in a long while, she felt like she was enough\u2026 enough to heal.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e9a also took part in a <strong>therapeutic cruise experience<\/strong>.
