Let us introduce you to two young women. They were in distress when they joined the mental health intervention program, Horizon 4 Saisons. Today, they\u2019re standing strong, ready to face life\u2019s challenges\u2014thanks to you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\tMy name is M\u00e9gane.
\r\nI\u2019m 18 and I\u2019m starting CEGEP in the Springboard to a DCS program. Almost one year ago, when I was 17, I participated in Horizon 4 Saisons.

\r\nMy psychologist suggested this program because of my diagnosis. Borderline personality disorder, or BPD. She\u2019s been following me since Grade 8.

\r\nThis disorder has caused a lot of difficulty in my life. I had to be hospitalized for a few days in adolescent psychiatry at H\u00f4pital Charles-Le Moyne. I didn\u2019t know how to get back on track. I even thought about taking my own life.

\r\nWith Horizon, I found others my age facing the same struggles. They were ready to get help. That\u2019s a hard thing to do: the fear of judgment, of what others will think of you going to group therapy. We all supported each other in the program\u2019s workshops before the expedition.
