They live in Boucherville. They became monthly donors after Mich\u00e8le learned she had breast cancer.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><em>\u201cA monthly donation is like a close relationship.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Mich\u00e8le is a former physiotherapist. Jean-Pierre Fortin, the former owner of a coaching school. They have 6 children and 13 grandchildren.<\/p>\n\n<p>Mich\u00e8le is doing much better now! They\u2019re both so grateful! And completely convinced that their donations help the Hospital\u2019s quality of care.<\/p>\n\n<p><em>\u201cEvery time, everywhere, the same skill, the same warmth, the same professionalism. That\u2019s why I\u2019m grateful.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Jean-Pierre mentions the future acquisition of a positron emission tomography (PET) scanning machine. It is mostly used in oncology to detect cancerous tumours. Not every hospital has one! And above all, equipment that the Hospital could never buy without the support of its donors.<\/p>\n\n<p>Motivated by the impact of their donations, they opted for the monthly donation. They wanted to establish a permanent connection with their Hospital. Jean-Pierre is even thinking about adding a bequest to keep supporting the Foundation in the future. <\/p>\n\n<p>Our sincerest thanks to Jean-Pierre and Mich\u00e8le!
