The first users were greeted by the teams on November 6, 2023. &nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":true,\"134233118\":true,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559737\":6}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">All of the medical electrophysiology activities in cardiology and neurology are now grouped in a single sector, on the ground floor of the Hospital. This location allows for better access for ambulatory clients. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":true,\"134233118\":true,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559737\":6}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cWe have a modern, more spacious location that\u2019s better adapted to the needs of patients and teams. This reorganization allows for greater clinical efficiency and better coordination of care,\u201d says Maryse Poupart, President and Executive Director of the CISSS de la Mont\u00e9r\u00e9gie-Centre.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":true,\"134233118\":true,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559737\":6}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The service offer has also been improved with the acquisition of leading-edge electronic devices, including cardiac monitors as well as exercise electrocardiogram and electromyogram machines.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"134233117\":true,\"134233118\":true,\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6,\"335559737\":6}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">It is important to note that the Fondation H\u00f4pital Charles-LeMoyne made a $500,000 contribution to this major project to support new equipment purchases. \u201cPatients with heart and coronary disease can say thank you to our generous donors for the organization of this new service.
