The idea is to personify the little voice in their head in order to distance themselves from it. To become aware that it\u2019s an external force that can be controlled. It\u2019s an essential element in the recovery process!   <\/span><span I lost all my self confidence.   <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>You made me feel weak. I no longer had energy to do anything. You got used to talking for me. You trapped me with your calories and your scale.    <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>But that&#8217;s all behind me now. You&#8217;re not me. Today, I&#8217;ve decided to get rid of you. It&#8217;s over.
